Time Management

There is no role model for managing time in the new millennium. We have never before been faced with such pace, chaos, information overload and demands on our time.

This course from Robenny - School of Business addresses the time management issues managers face in the new millennium. This includes how you (and your staff) relate to time. It covers the principles of effective time management in our chaotic times, and provides some practical assessment and application tools. Time pressure usually creates stress in ourselves and others. Since managers also need to deal with this, some useful stress management strategies are also included.

How You Will Benefit

Participants will understand why and how they relate to time - and the consequences. Understanding this will enable them to make more relevant choices about how they spend their time to best effect. These principles may also be applied to improving the effectiveness of staff/team members. Participants will be offered a number of practical strategies and tools to improve their effectiveness and reduce their stress.

Who Should Attend

This course will assist managers who would like to improve their own performance, or the performance of their staff, in dealing with daily work pressures. If managers or staff have too much to do, and too little time, then this course is important.
